We ship orders on weekdays, Monday to Friday. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of ordering.

The package arrives within 6-12 working days . Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Check that all delivery information is correct.

In the event of errors and/or missing information, you may be required to contact us to update the delivery details, which may lead to delays in the delivery of your order.

Your order will be delivered to you by a local postman. Please enter your full address, otherwise the package you send to us will unfortunately be returned.

Refund & Return

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact our customer service to start a return and get your money back. No explanation needed. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Nordbris will accept returns or exchanges of goods purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date,
under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of wear.
  • No labels have been removed.
  • New goods in their original condition.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
